Ten products moved to the top of our catalog this week. The new nylon track jacket took the number one spot. Our private label squishy desk toy took number seven.

Every item on this list is part of our private label line at Culture Studio. Merch teams pulled these ten more than anything else in the catalog over the last seven days, and the mix tells you where brand programs are heading in the back half of 2026.

Here is the full ranking, what each one is made of, and how to put it to work.

The Top 10 This Week

1. Track Jacket (P1494). Nylon, full zip, stand up collar, elastic cuff and waistband. Made to order with matching pants available. The number one request this week and the clearest signal in the ranking: outerwear is now the anchor piece, not the upsell.

2. Midweight Oversized Hoodie (PLM20). 10 oz, 100% cotton, washed black. Oversized fit, no drawstring, thick ribbed cuff and waistband. No minimum order quantity, which is why it lands in almost every program we quote, from a fifty piece team run to a full retail drop.

3. Baseball Jersey (P479). Full cut and sew, 100% polyester at 130 gsm, also available heavyweight at 240 gsm. Piping can be dyed in or sewn in. Music and sports programs keep coming back to this silhouette because it photographs well and sells at a real price point.

4. Denim Jacket (P439). Custom denim in any color, oversized fit. The highest perceived value item on the list and a natural home for chain stitch embroidery, which we run in house in Chicago.

5. Elevated Heavyweight Tee (P628). 100% cotton, 6.5 oz, garment dyed, drop shoulder, tubular with no side seam. Made in the USA. This is the tee brands pick when the shirt itself has to justify a forty dollar retail.

6. 5 Panel Performance Hat with Rope (P1445). Polyester performance fabric with laser perforation on the back and side panels, striped rope across the brim. Headwear that works for golf events, festivals and corporate outings without looking like a giveaway.

7. Squishy Desk Toy (P1450). TPR thermoplastic rubber, stress relief cube, printed with your mark. The one item on this list that gets picked up at a trade show table and never thrown away.

8. Glow in the Dark Poster (P1337). Digitally printed with a glow effect in red, yellow, orange or green. A merch table item that costs a fraction of a garment and moves at the same clip.

9. Carbon Black Mineral Wash Tee (P234). 6.5 oz heavyweight, garment dyed. Our dye and wash program built this one, and the mineral wash finish means no two pieces read exactly alike.

10. Canvas Tote (P712). Full color print with custom handles. Still the highest impression per dollar item in merchandise, and the custom handle option is what separates a branded tote from a grocery bag.

What the Ranking Says About 2026 Merch

Outerwear is carrying the drop. A track jacket at one and a denim jacket at four means teams are building around a hero piece with a higher ticket, then filling out the line underneath it. Two years ago that top spot belonged to a hoodie every week.

Washed and dyed finishes are the default, not the premium option. Three of the top nine are garment dyed or mineral washed. Buyers now expect the fabric to have a hand and a history before a single design lands on it.

Non-apparel is holding real estate in the top ten. A desk toy, a poster and a tote made the list alongside cut and sew. Programs that used to be tee and hoodie only are now built as full merch tables, because the low ticket items are what keep a booth or a webstore converting.

How to Build a Drop Off This List

A working drop needs three price tiers, not ten products. Use the ranking as a menu and pull one item from each tier.

  • Hero piece: Track jacket (P1494) or denim jacket (P439). One item that anchors the campaign photography and carries the top price.
  • Volume piece: Oversized hoodie (PLM20) or heavyweight tee (P628, P234). This is where the majority of units and margin live.
  • Entry piece: Tote (P712), poster (P1337) or squishy toy (P1450). Converts the buyer who will not spend more than seventy dollars.
  • One decoration story: Pick a method and run it across all three tiers so the collection reads as one line. All over print, chain stitch or a tonal embroidery all work.

What to Know Before You Spec

Private label runs on a different clock than a stock blank. Cut and sew, custom dye and custom trims all add lead time, so build the calendar backward from your on sale date rather than forward from today. Tour dates, product launches and trade shows do not move.

Minimums vary by style. The PLM20 hoodie carries no minimum, while a fully custom denim color or a made to order track suit is quoted per program. Send us the concept and the quantity together and we will come back with both the number and the timeline in the same reply.
