The turn around time is approximately 10 business days from the time of deposit.
We accept any forms of credit card as well as check or cash.
We will require 50% of the total order to be paid before garments are ordered.
Changing garments after an order has been approved is subject to a 15% restocking fee from the raw goods vendor.
Our shipping and receiving department receives shipments daily. The goods are counted and cross checked through the distributor’s packing slip and internal work is counted and examined on the day the order is received. You will be notified immediately of any discrepancies.
Terms & Conditions
Acceptance of custom orders Terms and conditions. Culture Studio stands behind the quality of the work we produce. Our goal is to reproduce your graphic onto the garment substrate with maximum accuracy, quality, and consistency. Because the total satisfaction of the end user with the final decorated product is ultimately subjective, we offer several layers of approval including a digital mock-up and high res photo approval by request. Culture Studio operates under strict quality controls and documented guidelines to ensure a quality finished product, we will not be held responsible for end-user subjectivity. In responding approved to the order email and the digital mock-up the user is acknowledging that they understand the risks of making custom merchandise and by accepting will be compensating CS in full for the work done contrary to a subjective view of quality.
Culture Studio recognizes revenue once the entire purchase order has been fulfilled and the items have been sealed and boxed. If for any reason the shipment is requested to be held on the dock a storage fee of 5.00 per pallet per month will be billed separately.
Ink Change Fees: Applicable for any on-press ink changes requested by client.
Press Hold Fees: Applicable if a heads-up e-mail was sent to the client, an e-mail bump was sent after 15 minutes, and a call/text was placed after a further 15 minutes with an e-mail follow-up stating that press hold fees apply if the call/text was unanswered.
Press Reset Fees: Applicable if a heads-up e-mail was sent to the client, an e-mail bump was sent after 15 minutes, a call/text was placed after a further 30 minutes, and following up the final call/text an e-mail notice was sent informing the client that we will have to break down the job.
Screen Re-Burn Fees: Applicable for any on-press changes requiring re-burned screens. The change must be requested by the client with seps/art provided by the client. If the seps were done by Culture Studio, it will be applied on a case-by-case basis determined by how closely the original print matches the approved art.
Event Sensitive Orders: After 30 minutes we will continue with printing if we are matching the mockup and have not received feedback from the client.

Spoilage happens and sometimes is unavoidable with automated machinery. During these occasions, we do not charge the customer for those garments. If spoilage is greater than 3%, CS picks up the cost of the loss which will be applied in a discount. In the event that exact quantities are needed 1 of each size or 3% over the exact quantity is required.
EXACT QUANTITIES GUARANTEED
This option will automatically add an additional 3% overage units(on top of the units confirmed here) per style, color, and size to guarantee that we are able to ship the exact quantities on your order. By choosing this option, you are agreeing to also pay for any additional first quality pieces from the 3% surplus quantity. You will not be charged for any irregular or damaged units.
Example: An order of 100 units may be billed for an additional 3 units (3% surplus) for a total of 103 units.
EXACT QUANTITIES NOT GUARANTEED
Under this option, we will NOT add any additional units per style, color, and size. We will do our best to deliver the exact quantity requested but there may be up to a 3% shortage per style, color, and size. By choosing this option, you run the risk of receiving 3% fewer units (i.e., irregulars and/or damages) than the requested quantity.
Example: An order of 100 units may end up shipping only 97 units (3% shortage).
